Service Utilisation:

To utilise our service, you must be a business owner. Any illegal or unauthorised use of our service is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for overseeing and taking accountability for any actions performed under your account.

Fees & Payments:

We provide our service through a subscription model, and you will be charged monthly or annually based on your subscription plan and no additional fees. However, if you want to include more services to your existing service plan we will charge you based on the plan you choose.  Please note that all fees are final and non-refundable.

Ownership of Property:

Taxcountancy owns the services, website content, and materials displayed on its website, and they are safeguarded by intellectual property laws such as copyright and trademark. You are not allowed to use our service, website content, or any other material including images and website content for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

Restrictions on Liability:

We will not be responsible for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, resulting from your use of our service or website, whether they affect you or any third party.

Cancellation & Termination:

You have the freedom to cancel your account whenever you choose but if we have submitted your tax details to HMRC, we have to revisit our contract and make sure you have a valid reason for terminating your account. However, we have the right to terminate your account without warning for any cause, including but not limited to violating our terms of service.

Modification in the Service:

We retain the right to modify or discontinue our service at any moment, without providing prior notice. Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any changes or discontinuation of our service that may impact you or any third party.

Governing Law:

When you use our service, you agree to follow these terms and conditions, which will be governed by and interpreted under UK law. This will be done without taking into account any principles of conflict of laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our service.
